So the weather in Central Texas has turned cooler and most peoples' minds are on the spooky holiday but NOT MINE!  When the Fall weather comes my thoughts go immediately to Thanksgiving.  Thanksgiving is my favorite secular holiday.  As a child Thanksgiving equated to Family Reunion time. I loved being able to see ALL my family in one place at the same time.  The house was always warm and cozy and filled with wonderful aromas. There was laughter and heated discussions over a variety of topics. After the amazing food came the football game on TV and then the family football game.  (That's me- the girl on the left) We all know, Thanksgiving fare can be calorie loaded. So, I thought I would start planning early in order to be more purposeful about eating healthy and enjoying the company instead of worrying about calories.  In the upcoming days and weeks, I will be posting my menu.   Have you thought about Thanksgiving yet?  Do you plan ah...
